7.2: Introducing Non-Billable Events

The 7.2 release introduces the option for users to schedule non-billable events that will be excluded from the claims process. Click here to view the 7.2 release slides.

The following new features and functionality have been released in CR Essentials:

• Non-billable events can now be scheduled and will appear in the payroll summary, but will be excluded from the claims process. 
  • Analysts and therapists can book non-billable events using the calendar.
  • Administrators can set the non-billable categories in the Financial Settings section of the Company Settings, as well as pay rates for non-billable categories per therapist.
• Analysts can now add multiple Analyst Notes per visit.
