August 2022 Release Highlights
August 2022 Release is now available!
This new release contains enhancements to multiple areas of the product including:
- Progress and Analyst Notes:
- Now contain the number of billable units, visit duration, and caregiver signature for viewers.
- Caregivers now have access to Progress and Analyst Notes to view and sign in the Caregiver Portal.
- Electronic Visit Verification (EVV):
- The Visit Verification list now includes Therapist and Caregiver Signatures.
- Visit logs without GPS visit verification will state, “No GPS details.”
- Billing Summary:
- A “Note” column has been added to the Billing Summary. The Note column will indicate N/A, Missing, Incomplete, and Complete notes.
- A “Time” column has been added to the Billing Summary to display start and end times for visits.
- A “Note Status” filter has been added to the Billing Summary for users to view those with or without missing notes.
- Billing Codes:
- The mandatory field for Florida Medicaid billing code 97155 (protocol modification) has been added.
- Admins can enable therapists to set billing codes for client visits by updating their Company Settings.
- Admins can establish a default billing code when there are multiple billing codes with the same therapist type, level, and client type.

Receivables:
- Partially paid and denied claims can now be filtered in the Receivables Summary and submitted as new claims to the primary. A billing item can also be created for the client.
- Canceled visits:
- Visits can now be marked as canceled so that users can account for these and potentially bill their clients.
- Visits can be marked as canceled in the therapists calendar and the therapist can provide a reason for the cancellation. The canceled visit will appear in the Billing Summary.
- Admins can globally set cancellation reasons in company settings.
- A non canceled visit can occur at the same time as a canceled visit.
