Preparing a Client to Start Creating Progress Notes / Preparar un cliente para la creación de notas de progreso

To start creating Progress Notes for a client, some pre-requisites must be met

The RBT or Analyst must be added as a therapist, and then log in to CR Essentials must be set up. This is to ensure they have access to the software. Here are links to helpful articles:

The client needs to be added to the system as well.
- How to Add a Client
Once the client is already added, you have to assign an RBT and/or Analyst to the client.
- Assign a Therapist/Provider to a Client
Maladaptive Behaviors and Replacements/Skills must be assigned to the client.
- Assigning a “Maladaptive Behavior” to the Client
- Assigning “Replacements/Skills” to a Client

If the above steps are not fulfilled, the RBTs and Analysts will not see the Maladaptive Behaviors and/or Replacements/Skills sections when creating progress notes for the client.
