February 2022 Release Highlights

Release v6.2 is now available and comes with the ability to create, track and report on Private Pay invoicing and more.

Private pay invoicing includes:

• Generate invoices on products or services for private pay
  • Outside of claims processing, you can now generate invoices for your clients on additional services or products as private pay, making sure your billing is tracked all in one place. 

• Caregiver Portal Partial Payments
  • Caregivers can access their portal account and make payments on the entire claim or on specific invoices.

• Track and report on receivables of private pay
  • Manage your account receivables by viewing paid invoices or collecting payments from your clients all in one place.

Also included in this release:

Rendering provider override option

• For payors that require services to be billed using the supervising provider’s credentials instead of the rendering provider, administrators now can select “Rendering Provider Override.”
