CR Elements - Custom Programs
The ability to upload custom programs or enhance a CR Elements clinical program is available in our Premium Clinical Program upgrade. To upgrade, contact your Account Executive at 800-939-5414. It includes all the steps for the available programs and also the ability to customize those and upload your own.
Customization has two different routes, both accessible from "Settings>Behavior Analysis>Programs" on the top navigation menu.
Once on that screen, you will see different tabs. You will start with the "CR Elements" tab and the "Add Custom Program" tab
CR Elements tab
The only button here will be the "Clone" button in the top right corner. Once you click "clone" you will be presented with a screen where you can enter a custom name and description for the cloned program.
Once you click on "Clone" one more time, a copy of the predetermined programs will be created but this one, you will be able to edit. You will be able to edit the label in the tab (whatever was entered as the name of the clone), the content area, the repertoire, the skill, and the steps in each instructional arrangement.
Once you click on the instructional arrangement that you wish to edit, you will see the steps and when you click on the step, you will see the edit button on it.
On each step, you will be able to edit the basic details, the error corrections, the mastery criteria, required materials, general procedure, tips, and targets. You would the click the "Save" button on the top right corner to save your changes.
Add Custom Program tab
From this screen, you are able to just upload programs using a spreadsheet (template here). The uploaded programs can be new programs or a replacement of an existing one (must use a matching name from the current program list).
Once uploaded, you can edit everything just as in the clone one.
Custom Program Access for Analyst's.
If you would like to have your Analyst (BCBA's) to have access to modify, edit or upload custom programs into the platform, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings>General Settings>Company Settings, and under "Therapist and Analyst" permissions, select "Allow Analysts to view and modify Custom Programs".
- After this permission has been enabled, your Analyst needs to reach the left panel and select the new option called "Programs".
This option will allow them to modify programs in the platform without changing their profile and converting them into a Dual User.
