How to enable Mobile App Access

The mobile application is now available and therapists may now log in and use the app. Only administrators and superusers with the necessary permissions can enable the therapist´s mobile application access, please follow the steps below. Please note that admins and superusers do not have access to mobile apps unless they are dual users. Please remember this does add an additional cost to your subscription.

1. Login to CR Essentials
2. Click on Settings found at the top navigation menu.

   1. Select Company Users

      

      
      

   2. Find the therapist that you want to allow access to the mobile application. Therapists with mobile access not yet enabled will show OFF under the Mobile column.

      

3. Click the three dots on the far right, and Enable Mobile. (While you can also click the ON button to disable mobile access.)

• Once this has been successfully turned ON, the therapist can already log in to the mobile application.

Please note that only users with an active therapist profile are able to log in to the mobile app. The mobile app is not available for staff members who don't provide direct services to clients.

Cómo habilitar el acceso a la aplicación móvil

La aplicación móvil está disponible y los terapeutas pueden ingresar y utilizar la aplicación. Recuerde queue esto añade un costo adicional a su suscripción. Por favor note que los administradores o superusuarios no tienen acceso a la aplicación móvil a menos que sean usuarios duales. Para habilitar el acceso a la aplicación a un terapueta, por favor seguir los pasos:

1. Ingresar a CR Essentials 

2. Haga clic ajustes (Settings) que se encuentra en la parte superior del menú de navegación.

a. Seleccione Company Users

b. Encuentre al terapeuta que desea permitirle acceso a la aplicación móvil. Terapeutas con acceso móvil aún no habilitados van aparecer OFF en la columna móvil (Mobile).

3. Haga clic en los tres puntos de la parte derecha para poder habilitar la aplicación móvil al usuario. (También puede darle clic en ON para deshabilitar el acceso móvil).

4. Cuando esté exitosamente encendido ON, el terapeuta podrá ingresar a su aplicación móvil.

Por favor, notar que los terapeutas pueden acceder a la aplicación móvil. Super usuarios (Superusers) al igual que terapeutas que son superusers actualmente no tienen permitido el acceso a la aplicación.
