26.10: Analyst Notes, Service Line, and AI Summary Enhancements
Release Recap
The CR Essentials 26.10 release adds a payer header on standard analyst notes, tightens client access, corrects claims, curriculum skills, AI summaries, and “last collected” dates.
Analyst Note Enhancements
Payer settings now include an Analyst Notes header option that is separate from Session Notes. When enabled, analysts can add the client’s name, date of birth, and member ID on each page without manually typing it in. Please note, this setting does not impact Custom Session Notes. To enable Analyst Note headers, activate the checkbox in the payer settings.
Service Line Improvements
For professional (837P) claims, the service-line Place of Service is now sent only when it differs from the claim-level Place of Service. Claims previously rejected because the service-line Place of Service matched the claim-level place of service can be resubmitted. This improvement will reduce rejections caused by redundant Place of Service information and allow corrected claims to be resubmitted.
Remittance Updates
Enhancements have been made regarding how remittances are automatically attached to claims.
AI Summary Enhancements
Improvements have been made to AI Summaries, curriculum skills, and data collection to provide a more consistent user experience. AI Summaries now display only the visit start time, removing the scheduled end time and duration to avoid implying the visit has already ended.
Other Updates
- Improvements to user permission management have been released, ensuring users can modify only the profile information and permissions appropriate to their roles.
- The skills and behaviors Last Collected date now accurately reflects the most recent valid data collection.
