26.4: Date of Service in Claim Tables, Visual Enhancements, and Other Fixes

The Essentials 26.4 release contains a new Date of Service column for Claims tables, minor visual enhancements, and other fixes.

Date of Service in Claims Tables

In the Billing Summary and Receivable Summary pages, a new “Date of Service” column has been added to the Claims table to improve claim detail clarity and billing efficiency.

Visual Enhancements

Minor visual enhancements have been implemented across the platform for a refreshed appearance and improved consistency. The following pages have been improved:

Other Fixes

The following fixes have been implemented to improve response time, download completion, and visual consistency.

When a group visit is deleted or cancelled, an alert now displays warning that any associated notes with data collection will also be deleted.
In the Billing Summary page, Therapist and Event Status filters have been added to the Non-Billables table.
In Custom Notes, the “&” symbol and “Sign & Save” button now consistently display as expected.
Images and customizations now display as expected throughout all sections of client assessment forms.
In the Receivable Summary – Invoices page, the issue causing invoices containing billing items with zero values to display or get stuck in an incorrect status has been resolved.
The issues causing a 500 internal server error when downloading 837p files for claims that include custom charges or characters such as asterisks, colons, tildes, and carets have been resolved.
Monthly Reports have been improved to generate at a faster rate.
