25.11 Release Notes: Billing Summary and Receivables Summary

Release Recap: 

The 25.11 release enhances the Billing and Receivables Summary views, adds new functionality to custom forms, creates a new therapist permission, and expands SanData EVV support. 

Billing Summary  

The Billing Summary page has been updated to provide a cleaner, more intuitive layout: 

• A cleaner layout and consistent table actions make it easier to find and complete tasks quickly. 
• The date picker is now easier to access, making it simple to filter by custom date ranges.  
• A new "Actions" menu and improved checkbox behavior make it faster to complete tasks like marking visits or generating receivables. 

Receivables Summary  

The Receivables Summary page has been updated to improve navigation and workflow: 

• Filters are now easier to access, positioned clearly alongside tab headers. 
• The date range selector has been relocated for faster filtering and reporting. 
• Additional updates improve the overall experience when managing receivables across tabs. 

New Signature Field in Custom Forms  

Now add a signature field to any custom form using the new drawing pad option: 

• Capture caregiver or therapist signatures directly within the form. 
• Users can draw using a mouse or touchscreen. 
• Signatures are saved with the form and can be edited until the form is finalized. 

Calendar Billing Tab Access for Therapists & Analysts  

Now allow therapists and analysts to view the Calendar Billing tab: 

• Enable access in Company Settings. 
• Helpful for teams that need to review visit signatures for quality or billing purposes. 

Expanded SanData EVV Support

SanData electronic visit verification (EVV) is now available for: 

• Colorado 
• Pennsylvania (new in this release) 

If interested in enabling SanData EVV in a different state, please contact support. 

Also included in this update: 

• New fields in Payer and Billing Code forms for SanData-specific information:  

  Payer Code, Program ID, and Procedure Code. 

• Improved logic ensures accurate validation and submission of required EVV data.
