25.3.0: Calendar Enhancements & Improved Client Page Experience

Release Recap
- Various tables and pages (most prominently the clients page, clients ABA sections) have been updated with an improved design and enhanced functionality
- The 25.3 release introduces additional calendar enhancements that take it above and beyond the legacy calender.
- The 837P file has been updated to align with the CMS-1500
Design Updates
The following tables in the “Applied Behavior Analysis” section of Client pages have been updated with an improved design but the same functionality:

Calendar Updates
Several enhancements and bug fixes have been made to improve the Calendar experience, ensuring better usability and functionality:
- Users can now
- execute a "quick visit create" similar to the legacy calendar by following these steps
- filter to one client/one therapist
- clicks on a day in the month view or an hour on the week/day view
- hit the enter key
- This "quick create" also applies to group visits & nonbillable events
- filter visits those missing progress notes and those missing analyst notes
- set a default view (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) for the calendar for when they navigate away and back from the calendar. By default, all users start with Week view.
- execute a "quick visit create" similar to the legacy calendar by following these steps
- Scheduled, Actual, and Override times now display clearly & consistently across the calendar, visit details. The calendar will automatically update to show the correct time—scheduled, actual, or override—based on the visit's status.
- the “Bill. Units” label has been updated to “Monthly Units” in month view, “Weekly Units” in week view, and “Daily Units” in day view for better clarity
Billing Updates
The 837P file has been updated to align with the CMS-1500 form, improving accuracy, automating key fields, and ensuring compliance with billing requirements.
