Note Status meaning in ABA Documents

Here is some help in understanding the meaning of the status of your notes:

Status

• Waiting for review: The therapist will need to wait for analysts to approve notes so this status can change to Approved.
• Rejected: This means the Analyst has rejected the note, changes must be made to the note so the status can change from Rejected to Waiting for review, and lastly Approved.
• Approved: If the note is Approved, the therapists can no longer make changes, unless the note is reverted by an Analyst.

Revert Notes

Only Approved notes can be rejected. Only Analysts can Revert Approved notes.

Reverted: Although it is not a note status, but an action performed by the Analyst. Here is what this Action means; By reverting the note, the status will go back to Waiting for review so the Therapist can make edits. This note will need to be approved by the Analyst once again after changes have been made.

Revertir notas

Sólo las notas Aprobadas pueden ser rechazadas. Sólo los analistas pueden revertir las notas aprobadas.

Reverted note (Revertida): Aunque no es un status de la nota, sino una acción realizada por el Analista. Esto es lo que significa esta acción: al revertir la nota, el estado volverá a Waiting for Review para que el terapeuta pueda realizar modificaciones. Esta nota deberá ser aprobada nuevamente por el Analista una vez que se hayan realizado los cambios.
