24.4.0: Introducing AI Session Summary for Progress Notes

The 24.4 release introduces AI Session Summary for Progress Notes, an innovative enhancement to CR Essentials that will transform, streamline, and elevate how clinicians create progress note summaries in ABA therapy sessions.
The following new features and functionality have been released in CR Essentials:
AI Session Summary for Progress Notes
- A new “AI Session Summary” tab in Progress Notes allows users to review data collected in the “Session Data” tab and generate an AI Session Summary.
- On the “AI Session Summary” tab, users can choose to edit the AI Session Summary or select “regenerate” to overwrite the summary.
- While editing an AI Session Summary, users can also restore the most recent version.
- Users can provide feedback by selecting the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons underneath the AI Session Summary.
- If the thumbs-down icon is selected, users can choose one of the following options:
- Data is wrong or missing
- Didn’t like the way it was written
- Other
- Users can also type feedback in the textbox at the bottom of the feedback section.
- If the thumbs-down icon is selected, users can choose one of the following options:
- On the “AI Session Summary” tab, users can choose to edit the AI Session Summary or select “regenerate” to overwrite the summary.
- Users can continue to the “Review & Sign” tab to save the Progress Note with or without an AI Session Summary.
- If an AI Session Summary was generated, it will appear in the “Summary Field” of the Progress Note.
- If no AI Session Summary was generated, there will be no “Summary Field.”
