Sign Notes from ABA Documents

To sign Progress Notes or Analysts Notes from the Applied Behavior Analysis section, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your client´s profile. Click on ABA Documents from the left navigation panel,

2. Select Progress Notes for Therapist Notes (RBTs/BTs) and Analyst Notes for BCBAs/BCaBAs (Supervisors).

Under the SIGN column, Therapists and Analysts will have the ability to sign the document.

You can also check if the therapist and/or analyst have signed the note by looking at the SIGNATURES column. In this case, the author is the therapist and the approver is the analyst.

Firmar notas desde ABA Documents

Para firmar Notas de Progreso o Notas de Analista de la sección de ABA Documents, por favor siga estos pasos:

1. Vaya al perfil de su cliente. Haga clic en Documentos ABA en el panel de navegación izquierdo.

2. Seleccione Notas de Progreso para Notas de Terapeuta (RBTs/BTs) y Notas de Analista para BCBAs/BCaBAs (Supervisores).

En la columna SIGN, el botón azul, los terapeutas y analistas tendrán la capacidad de firmar el documento.

También puede verificar si el terapeuta y / o analista han firmado la nota mirando la columna SIGNATURES. El Author (autor) será el terapeuta y el Approver (aprobador) será el analista.
