How to find IDs on CR Essentials?

When you contact support, you have probably been asked for the Claim ID, the Therapist ID, or even the Client ID. This article will help you know where to find them.

To find the Claims ID

Go to Billing Summary, in the left navigation panel, with the Claims tab selected. The first column of the billing summary view contains all generated Claim IDs.

To find the Therapist's ID

Go to Therapists, in the left navigation panel, select the therapist to go to the therapist profile. You will find the Therapist ID in the web URL bar, the last 5 digits.

To find the Client´s ID

Go to Clients (or Clients & Groups), in the left navigation panel, select the client to go to the client profile. You will find the Client ID in the web URL bar, the last 5 digits.

To find the Visit ID

Go to Billing Summary, in the left navigation panel, with the Visit tab selected. The first column of the billing summary view contains all Visits IDs.

To Find Skills/Behaviors ID

Go to the Behavior or SKill, in the client´s profile, and Check the 4-digit ID in the top left corner.

Para encontrar los IDs de los Claims

Diríjase a Billing Summary, en el panel de navegación izquierdo, asegurese que la tab de Claims está selecionada. En la primera columna del Resumen, de Facturación podrá encontara los Claims IDs.

Para encontrar los IDs de los terapeutas

Diríjase a Therapists, en el panel de navegación Izquierdo, seleccione el terapeuta para acceder al perfil del terapeuta. Encontrará el ID del cliente en el URL de la barra web, los últimos 5 digitos.

Para encontrar el ID del cliente

Diríjase a Clients (or Clients & Groups), en el panel de navegación Izquierdo, seleccione el cliente para acceder al perfil del cliente. Encontrará el ID del cliente en el URL de la barra web, los últimos 5 digitos.

Para encontrar el ID de la visita

Diríjase a Billing Summary, en el panel de navegación izquierdo, asegurese que la tab de Visits está selecionada. En la primera columna del Resumen, de Facturación podrá encontara los Visit IDs.
