Allow Therapist to Edit Billing Codes / Permitir a Terapeutas editar codigos de facturacion

Sometimes the same therapist type may be able to provide different services. Those services will have their own billing code so if you'd like them to be able to choose from the valid billing codes for them (therapist type, therapist level, client's payer, and flags - see billing codes article), To allow the therapist to be able to edit billing codes, these are the steps you need to follow:

1. Go to Settings > General Settings> Company Settings 

2. Scroll down until you find the option "ALLOW THERAPISTS TO EDIT BILLING CODES ON VISITS"3. Then scroll down and click on "Save" and your settings must be updated.

PERMITIR A LOS TERAPEUTAS EDITAR CODIGOS DE FACTURACION

Algunas veces, el mismo tipo de terapeuta puede proporcionar diferentes servicios. Esos servicios tendran su propio codigo de facturacion, por lo que si desea que puedan elegir entre los codigs de facturacion validos para ellos (tipo de terapeuta, nivel de terapeuta, pagador del cliente e indicadores; Codigos de facturacion. Para permitir que los terapeutas puedan editar los códigos de facturación, estos son los pasos a seguir:

1. Vaya a Settings > General Settings> Company Settings

2.  Busque la opcion que diga "ALLOW THERAPISTS TO EDIT BILLING CODES ON VISITS" y marque la cajita para habilitar esta funcion.

3. Luego baje hasta encontrar y hacer click en "Save" para actualizar la nueva configuracion de su compañia.
