Billing Monthly Audit / Auditoria mensual de facturación

The billing monthly audit was created to keep track of the therapist's notes. It will audit if the therapist has a note for every day he or she is scheduled with a client for a month.

This is just a YES/NO report that will tell you if a specific therapist has a progress note, an analyst note for each visit scheduled on his or her calendar.

Example: Carol is a BCBA with 2 clients: Barbara and Becky. On the images below, you'll notice she has a note for every visit with them. Image 1 is for her analyst notes for client Barbara. Image 2 is for her analyst notes for client Becky.

Since she has created all her analyst notes for all the visits, when you look at the billing monthly audit tab under the "Analyst note/each/day?" column, you will see a "Yes" there.

Auditoria mensual de facturación

La auditoria mensual de facturación es creada para mantener el control de las notas de los terapeutas. Auditará si el terapeuta tiene una nota para cada día del mes.  

Es solo un SI/NO reporte que le hará saber si un terapeuta en específico tiene una nota de progreso, una nota de analista por cada visita agendada en el calendario. 

Ejemplo: Carol es BCBA con 2 clientes- Barbara y Becky. En las imágenes inferiores, puede ver que ella tiene una nota por cada visita. Imágen 1 es nota de analista para su cliente Barbara. Imágen 2 es nota de analista para su cliente Becky.

Ya que ella ha creado todas sus notas de analista para sus visitas, cuando se dirija a la pestaña de auditoria mensual de facturación abajo de la columna ''Analyst/note/each/day?´´, verá un ''Yes'' ahí.
