Adding a 48-hour warning on progress notes / Añadir advertencia de 48 horas en la nota de progreso

In the  company settings screen, we have added an option for you to enable the 48-hour warning, whenever a progress note is created after 48 hours.

1. Click on the  settings on the top right navigation, and select company settings.

2. On the company settings screen, make sure you check the SHOW COMPLIANCE 48 HOURS ON NOTES checkbox.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and click UPDATE COMPANY.

4. Click CLIENTS on the left navigation, and select a specific client profile.

5. Scroll down to the Applied Behavioral Analysis section > Progress Notes.

6. Select a progress note and click on VIEW under Narrated.

PROGRESS NOTES CREATED WITHIN 48 HOURS:

You will see a note in green text, at the Created at date -  (Valid within 48 hours).

PROGRESS NOTES CREATED AFTER 48 HOURS:

You will see a warning, in red text, at the created date -   (Exception - Created after 48 hours).

Añadir advertencia de 48 horas en la nota de progreso

En la pantalla de ajustes de compañía , hemos añadido la opción de ver una etiqueta para señalizar que la nota fue creada después de 48 horas cuando una nota de progreso es creada después de ese período.

1. Haga clic en configuración>ajustes de compañiá (Settings > Company Settings) en el menú de navegación superior.

2. En la pantalla de ajustes de la compañía, asegurese de seleccionar la casilla de mostrar cumplimiento de 48 horas en notas  (SHOW COMPLIANCE 48 HOURS ON NOTES).

3. Desplácece hacia abajo y haga clic en actualizar compañía (UPDATE COMPANY).

4. Haga clic en la pestaña de clientes en el menú de navegación lateral y seleccione un perfil de cliente específico.

5. Desplácece hacia abajo a la sección de documentos de analisis de comportamiento (ABA documents) y dirigase hacia la pestaña de notas de progreso.

6. Seleccione una nota de progreso y haga clic en ver (View) debajo de narrada (Narrated).

NOTAS DE PROGRESO CREADAS DENTRO DE 48 HORAS:

Verá texto en verde a un lado de la fecha de creación diciendo: Valida dentro de 48 horas (Valid within 48 hours).

NOTAS DE PROGRESO CREADAS DESPUÉS DE 48 HORAS:

Verá texto en rojo a un lado de la fecha de creación diciendo: Excepción - creada después de 48 horas  (Exception - Created after 48 hours).
