How to add skills

Standard skills are set up under Skill Library and are reflected in the session notes and under a client profile.

To set up  standard skills you must click on Settings in the top navigation menu and select Skill Library.

Based on your company’s needs, you add more skills in the Skill Library.

You can add Long Term Goals, then short term goals within those and then targets.

This is then available to assign to a client.

You then see the edit screen, you can change long term goal, the short term goal, the display name and the description. You can also add teaching instructions and add required materia.

Tracking method can be per targets or by short term objectives (STOs).

Targets can be tracked by frequency, percentage correct, duration, rate, or task analysis.

Automation rules

Auto-transition to Intervention Phase. Targets in Not Introduced or Baseline phases will automatically move to Intervention when the number of data points have been captured as baselines or during data collection. Automation will only apply once per target and phases can be manually adjusted as needed.

Auto-transition to Mastery Phase. Targets will automatically move to Mastered when the mastery criteria has been met, including the target data value and any session or therapist requirements. Automation will only apply once per target and phases can be manually adjusted as needed.

Time intervals are acutally short term objectives (STOs) and those are only tracked by percentage correct (%).

Baselines are optional and you can enter up to three baseline data points.

After you have filled out the setup skill form, scroll back up, and click on save on the top right corner.

Once added into the client's profile, they will appear in the Session Notes from the start date forward.
