What are we detecting in the Calendar when Therapist’s hours are logged in? / ¿Qué detectamos en el calendario cuando se registran horas?
A therapist or a superuser logs hours into the system to track the time a clinician has worked and how many hours a client has been worked on.
The system makes it easy to see when weekly limits, client limits, unit limits, or daily limits have been reached to help you on catching these mistakes at an early stage.
Some of the error messages that can appear when logging in hours are as follow:
- Client and Therapist Type hours limits have been reached.
- Units for this Authorization period have been reached.
- A therapist has surpassed their hours limit per week.
- Therapist hours are overlapping with another therapist.
- A therapist has hours with another client that overlap these time frames.
This is a sample error message when some Therapist’s hours are being entered, but they overlap with another Therapist’s hours:

¿Qué detectamos en el calendario cuando se registran horas?
Un terapeuta o super usuario puede registrar horas en el sistema para llevar un registro de cuanto tiempo ha trabajado un clínico (RBT, asistente, analista, etc.) o cuantas horas se han trabajado en un solo cliente.
El sistema hace que sea fácil ver si los límites de horas semanales, diarios, límites por cliente o límite de unidades han sido alcanzados Esto le ayudará a identificar problemas de forma temprana.
Estos son algunos de los errores que podrá ver cuando ingrese horas:
- El límite de horas del cliente o del terapeuta ha sido alcanzado.
- El límite de unidades en el período de esta autorización ha sido alcanzado.
- El límite de horas semanal para el terapeuta ha sido superado.
- El terapeuta tiene horas que se traslapan con las horas de otro terapeuta para este cliente.
- El terapeuta tiene horas registradas con otro cliente que se traslapan con este período de tiempo.
Este es un ejemplo de un mensaje de error cuando se ingresan horas de un terapeuta que traslapan con horas de otro terapeuta para el mismo cliente:
