Restrictions / Restricciones
The administrator or superuser can set restrictions for a client where no Therapists are permitted to log sessions for the said Client during the hours specified on the restrictions page.
To Add Restrictions:
1. Click Clients on the left navigation menu.
2. Select the client to whom you want to add restrictions.
3. Click on the Restrictions tab.
4. Click on the ADD NEW CLIENT RESTRICTIONS button.
5. On the Add New Client Restriction screen, enter the title of the restriction. Select which day the restriction applies to.
- Enter at least 1-time frame for this restriction. You may enter up to three different time frames.
- Then click CREATE CLIENT RESTRICTION.
If a therapist logs a session within the restricted hours/day specified in the restrictions screen, an error prompt will appear.

Restricciones
El administrador o el superusuario pueden establecer restricciones para un cliente en las que no se permite a los terapeutas registrar sesiones para dicho cliente durante las horas especificadas en la página de restricciones.
Para agregar Restricciones:
1. Haga clic en clientes en el menú de navegación lateral.
2. Seleccionar el cliente al cual desea agregar restricciones.
3. Haga clic en la pestaña de restricciones (Restrictions).
4. Haga clic en el botón añadir nuevas restricciones de clientes (ADD NEW CLIENT RESTRICTIONS).
5. En la pantalla agregar nueva restricción (Add New Client Restriction) del cliente, introduzca el título de la restricción. Seleccione a qué día se aplica la restricción.
- Introduzca al menos un marco temporal para esta restricción. Puede introducir hasta tres marcos temporales diferentes.
- Luego haga clic en crear restricción del cliente (Create Client Restriction).
Si un terapeuta registra una sesión dentro del horario/día restringido especificado en la pantalla de restricciones, aparecerá un aviso de error.
