Caregivers / Cuidadores

In the caregiver screen, you can add a caregiver, edit or archive a caregiver, set the baselines for caregiver competency checks, add caregiver competency checks, view the caregiver’s progress, and create caregiver credentials.

To access the caregiver screen:

  1. Click Clients on the left navigation menu.

    2. Click on the  Caregivers tab.

3. You will see the Caregiver Screen. 

To add a caregiver, just click on  NEW CAREGIVER. And follow the steps on the link below

To add a caregiver competency check, click on the  COMPETENCY CHECK BUTTON. You may follow the steps on the link below:

Caregivers can be given access to approved progress notes, approved analyst notes, and the bill (invoices sent to the caregiver portal). Once there, they can sign those notes and pay for them by entering their credit card information.


Invoices can be created from the billing summary. Client responsibility and visits for private pay payers are turned into billing items.

In the billing items, you will see that the default status is "Not attached".


You are able to select items and then click on the "Create Invoices" button to create an invoice draft.

Once the invoice draft has been created, the billing items status will then change to "invoiced" and the invoice created would be shown above, in the invoices section.

Once that invoice draft is created, you can download it as a pdf, send it to the caregiver portal, edit it or delete it. If you click on edit you will see the billing items and the total. You are able to add customized billing items here, select the terms (Net Due, Net 15, Net 30, Net 45), and also include a message in your invoice before you send it.

Whatever payer pays, you should be able to see it in your remits tab and that should also appear in the receivables summary tab. Whatever the client pays, you should also be able to see it there.

Cuidadores

En la pantalla del cuidador, puede añadir, editar o archivar un cuidador, establecer las líneas de base para la evaluación de la competencia del cuidador, añadir evaluaciones de la competencia del cuidador, ver el progreso del cuidador y crear credenciales del cuidador.

Para acceder a la pantalla del cuidador:

1. Haga clic en clientes en el menú de navegación lateral.

2. Haga clic en la pestaña de cuidadores.

3. Va a ver la pantalla de los cuidadores.

Para agregar un cuidador, solo haga clic en agregar cuidador. Y siga los siguientes pasos en el siguiente enlace. 

Para archivar un cuidador siga los siguientes pasos.

Para añadir una evaluación de competencias del cuidador, haga clic en el botón de competencia (Competency Check Button). Puede seguir los pasos en el siguiente enlace:
